DogWelly child safety standards.

DogWelly is an adult community for people aged 18 and over. Child sexual abuse and exploitation have no place in DogWelly, even though children are not permitted to create an account.

What is prohibited.

We prohibit child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including child sexual abuse material (CSAM). Do not create, upload, share, request, promote or link to material that sexually exploits a child. Grooming, sexual solicitation involving a child and attempts to arrange or facilitate child sexual abuse are also prohibited. These rules apply to profiles, photos, walks, circles, messages, care requests and all other DogWelly content and interactions.

Report a concern.

Use the report controls in the app or on the website for the relevant member, walk, circle conversation or care request. Explain the concern and identify where you saw it. Do not download, copy, forward or attach suspected child sexual abuse material to a report. You can block a member and manage your blocked list in your account.

If you cannot access a report control, or have another child safety concern, contact the DogWelly team. The contact form is available without signing in. Say that your message concerns child safety and provide enough information to locate the account or content without reproducing harmful material.

How we respond.

Child safety reports go to community moderation. We review concerns, remove prohibited content when identified and may suspend or remove accounts. We handle any applicable preservation and reporting obligations under the law. Photo review, text checks, member reports and blocking support moderation, but cannot guarantee that all harmful content is detected.

Immediate danger.

DogWelly is not an emergency service. If a child or anyone else is in immediate danger, contact the appropriate local emergency service.
