Our community agreement.

DogWelly is a free community for adults who want to meet other dog lovers, organise walks and arrange voluntary help. By creating an account, you agree to these community terms.

Free. Forever.

DogWelly does not charge subscriptions, messaging fees, booking fees or paid-tier fees. Help between members is voluntary. No member is entitled to another person's time or guaranteed care.

Your account and conduct.

You must be 18 or over to create an account. Use accurate information, keep access to your email secure and respect other members. Do not harass, threaten, deceive, spam, advertise paid care or share someone else's private information without permission.

Dogs and arrangements.

Owners remain responsible for choosing appropriate people and arrangements for their dogs. Share relevant behavioural and care needs. Meet first, agree details, and comply with local rules. DogWelly is a connection service and does not employ carers, perform background checks or provide insurance, veterinary cover or guaranteed availability.

What you share.

Your content remains yours. You give DogWelly permission to store and display it to the people and places you choose within the service. Upload only photos and content you have the right to use. We may remove content or restrict accounts that harm the community.

Leaving and changes.

You can export your information and delete your account. Transfer or close circles you own before leaving, and give people notice if plans will change. If the service must close, we intend to give notice and a chance to export your information. Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under applicable law.
